**Return Process:**
1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
– Gift cards
– Customized or personalized items

**Refunds:**
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Shipping Charges:**
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
